Cancellation Policy
For all orders, you may cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order without any charge. To cancel, please call us directly at +44 20 7946 0958. Cancellations requested after 10 minutes may not be eligible for a refund or may incur an additional charge, depending on the preparation status of your order.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with your order number, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Refund Eligibility

Processing Refunds

Non-refundable items
Please note that gift cards and sales items cannot be refunded. Beverages, such as juices or lemonades, are also non-refundable once they have already been served or delivered.
Exchanges
