The CollectiveWisdom dream began with a mission to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our little pizzeria was born as a quaint, family-operated entity, nurturing recipes that have been passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while traversing Italy, garnering knowledge from master pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. On her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, clinging to traditional preparations and the purest of ingredients.

What kicked off as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats has now flourished into a cherished community staple, yet our allegiance to premium quality and genuine tastes remains unchanged. We continue to employ customary wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and pursue top-notch ingredients.

Presently, 'CollectiveWisdom' continues under the helm of the family-operated by the second generation of the Bianchi lineage, steering our devoted crew. While modern innovations have been welcomed, the core of our enterprise endures: to serve luscious, real pizza that unites our patrons.
